    If your company just closed a deal, restructured a function, or rolled out a system that isn't landing, the issue is rarely the strategy. It's the operating model underneath. I redesign how organizations get work done, including roles, decision rights, capability, capacity, and accountability, and I lead the leadership and adoption work that determines whether the redesign holds.

    Integrations, restructures, AI rollouts, and major system changes succeed or fail on whether the senior team is aligned and able to lead through the noise.
